Payments may be made via Visa and MasterCard. Card transactions will be acquired for the Provider via PayGate (PTY) who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Customer details will be stored by the Provider separately from card details which are entered by the client on Paygate’s secure site. For more details on Paygate refer to www.paygate.co.za. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
The User may visit the Website without providing any personal information for casual surfing. The Website servers will in such instances collect the IP address and not the e-mail address. This information is collected for the purpose of measuring the number of visits, time spent, pages viewed, etc. The Provider uses this information to improve the content of the Website.
